Awesome job today!  Everybody did an amazing job on WOD 13.1.  Many Personal Records and Personal Bests were established today.  It’s always awesome watching people harness the energy of the situation and blasting past previously perceived limitations.

Outstanding!

Check next weeks schedule.  A few classes are cancelled and/juggled around.  Check the schedule and plan your week accordingly.  The early morning class will have an added class on Friday.

WOD:  CrossFit Games Open 13.1

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:

40 Burpees

75 pound Snatch, 30 reps 030913RESULT

30 Burpees

135 pound Snatch, 30 reps

20 Burpees

165 pound Snatch, 30 reps

10 burpees

210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
