Memorial Day Murph is going to be this coming Saturday, May 25th.  It’s almost time.  This annual event never disappoints.  Take care of your hands this week.  Shave those callouses down and tape up all week if you need to.  Murph Rules!

MDM Family,

As we prepare for MDM 13 let me update you. First, THANK YOU ALL! MDM 12 was a great success. We had over 7,000 participants world wide and donated $140,000  to four grateful charities. We also donated $5,000 to help family members of OPERATION Red Wings attend the Commissioning of the USS Michael Murphy.

In our effort to remain a grass-roots, all volunteer fundraiser, we have moved our website to www.MDMFundraiser.com This is the new site for the old Memorial Day Murph.  With continued support from the Murphy family, we will bring you a bigger and better MDM in 2013!

Station B: 100m sandbag carry

Station C: resting

Rotate positions when the sandbag carrier returns.  Continue this sequence throughout all the movements.  Grind it out.
