This Saturday evening, December 12th is going to be our Holiday party here at the gym.  Get your sweaters all cleaned up and ready, make an ornament for the tree and whip up your best chili recipe.  The kids bounce house will be up and we hope to see you and your family here!

WOD: 

AMRAP x 12 minutes

40/40 Glute leg lifts
