October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we’ve scheduled our annual Barbells For Boobs event.  This Saturday, October 12, be here.  Donate if you can.  Be sure to join our Team.

WOD:  Power Snatch 5 x 3 @ 65%,

Dead lift 3 x 3 @ 85% then,
