What is the role of your gym? Of your coach? These are good questions to ask if you want to get results and/or value from your money and time spent here. Our view is that we offer solutions. Solutions to help you achieve your goals. Now those solutions are not the same for everyone. No two people are the same. Two people may have similar functions and maybe similar jobs, but each individual will have different things they stress about; different worries; different nutrient requirements. And respond a little differently to exercise. These truths are very real and our coaches understand this. This is the Huge benefit to our individual design program compared to the group class. But remember, the individual design is still training together in a group, with camaraderie and fun and laughs.
