WOD:  Move around a bunch untill you’re good and warm.  Experiment with different barbell placement while squating.  Notice the differences and the relations to body trunk loading.  What works better for you?  What is weaker?  If your back cramps up, cuss really loud and yell at somebody.  Then, you’re ready…
