Mark your calendars! The first Whole 30 challenge of 2014 will begin Monday, February
1st 3rd. Let’s get Clean and Lean. Who is this for? It’s for you. This is not a get skinny, lose weight, calorie counting, low fat, low carb, smoothie, biggest-loser, magic elixir, or any other buzz word/crazy unbalanced, unsustainable crash challenge. This is a strict 30 day real food, clean living challenge. If you take it seriously, it will change your life. If you want to be healthier, stronger, faster, more alert, have more energy, better recovery, and reduce your chances of disease and sickness, this is for you. If you want to set an example for your family, friends and loved ones, this is for you. Will it be difficult? Yes, most likely. Partly because our society in general is not conducive to a healthy lifestyle and you my friend are an addict. Yes, sugar is hidden in everything and you are hooked. It’s the sad truth. This is one thing you’ll learn during this challenge.

Experience the added pressure of competition and having a judge. This added energy is usually enough to find a different you and do something you didn’t think possible.
