A proper warm up is essential to optimize your training and performance. Warming up correctly will improve the stimulus of your training session, reduce your risk of injury and improve your ability to recover from the training or competition stimulus. A well planned warm up designed to complement your training or competition will allow you to perform better. This is also a valuable time to integrate fundamental movement patterns and correct technical challenges to make your time training more efficient. Our warm ups all have a purpose beyond just “warming up”.
