It’s on!  The next 30 Day Challenge begins Monday, May 7th.  We’ll have a briefing Saturday around 10AM if you can make it.  So clean out the pantry, clean up your shopping list and GET AMPED!  Review your Nutrition Guide for the basic rules and guidelines.  We have some new exciting twists to challenge you.

A couple other cool items.

1. Memorial Day Murph is nearing.  This is an epic WOD that has become a “must attend”.  We’ll be having a barbeque post WOD.  Plan on showing up and kicking ass in honor of a Great American Hero.

2. Whitewater rafting?  It’s on the whiteboard.  This is a bit of a logistics/planning challenge as the season is very short.  If you’re interested, let us know and what dates are good.  We are trying to make it happen.

WOD:  Step up and jump around until you’re warm.  Tie some heavy weight to your body and dip.  Repeat a bunch then,
