Monday! Memorial Day Murph!  Be here, be ready.  This is the annual Murph event we all enjoy so much.  BBQ, food, fun, sweat.  Any donations for Lt. Michael P. Murphy Memorial can be made here.

Be sure to check the schedule this weekend.  We will be closed as we travel to spectate at the CrossFit Games So Cal Regionals in Del Mar.

Please try to schedule a 20 minute sit down with one of the coaches to review your personal goals, plans, aspirations, desires, err, well maybe not those, but let’s discuss where you’ve came from, and where you would like to be going.  We want to help you reach your goals.  You have available to you many different options here and we want to make sure you are getting all of the value available.  Find a spot you like on the schedule and sign up!

WOD:  Deadlift 5-3-1 Week 3 then,

“The Chief”

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
