January 29, 2014 by Shawn

Mark your calendars!  The first Whole 30 challenge of 2014 will begin Monday, February 1st 3rd.  Let’s get Clean and Lean.  Who is this for?  It’s for you.

It’s for relearning what healthy may feel like.  Relearning what real food is and tastes like.  For starting the healing process from years, maybe a lifetime of mindless treatment of yourself.  This is a start.  30 Days.
