This Saturday August 3rd, we’re supporting the 31 Heroes Project and busting our ass to remember. This is the 3rd Annual event and we’ve supported it every year. This WOD is fun, very tough and humbling. You can register here if you’d like to donate and get a t-shirt. If not, just show up and be ready to honor those who sacrificed for our country.
BBQ after 31 Heroes on Saturday. Just a simple grill out to spend a little down time with two of our family who are moving. Evan and Erin are loadin up and hittin the road. So lets grill some burgers! We will bring the meat (grass fed burgers). If you want something else, bring it. But it must be Whole 30 Legal! We’ve got a lot of folks improving their awesomeness and we have to honor that. If you aren’t sure, ask, or just read your Nutrition Guide.
