Since the CF Games Open season is behind us, now is a good time to reflect on your performances and your training. Where would you like to go from here? Did you perform to your personal standards? Did you do as well as you had hoped too? I emphasized the word hoped because unless you know exactly what you’re training for, you are never quite sure how your performance will be.
We all just play along for fun. None of us are going to the Games. But these are the challenges we choose to participate in to test ourselves and we can learn from them. We can find areas of opportunities to improve. So what is it that you hope to achieve before next time? Finally get those dang pull ups? A bodyweight bench press? Double unders? A muscle up? A better relationship with your spouse? Improved body composition? Reduced body pain? More energy throughout the day? Normal healthy digestion?
Unless you have a planned program to accomplish your goal, you are relying on hope. Start working with our coaches on your own individual program developed toward your specific goals accounting for all of the uniqueness that is you.
One size does not fit all. Fitness is a lifelong journey. Enjoy the process.
