We will be closed this Friday and Saturday. We recommend that you rest this weekend. This has been a long 9 week cycle with four test days in a row . You need to rest. Don’t worry, you’ll get stronger from it. Get some active recovery in one day by way of an easy hike, walk, or bike ride in nature or play with your kids. Don’t crush it. Don’t get out of breath.
