If any of you are interested in jotting down your experience(s) during the Nutrition Challenge, I’ll gladly post it here to share with the team. Maybe you had some troubles that you worked through or learned something extraordinary about yourself. I know of many very inspirational stories. I know some folks discovered health improvements they didn’t realize were related to their nutrition. Please share. Here’s an example that someone wrote.
