About this weekends Runing Clinic. It’s both Saturday and Sunday and we’ll have a one or two day clinic following in a couple weeks, for a total of three, maybe four gatherings. Depending on how quickly we get the skills. There will be homework prescribed that all attendees need to do. Don’t worry though, if you’re already running on your own, you’ll be fine. In fact, you’ll likely spend less time running.
We’ll be working on skills, drills, super-fancy-whizzbang video analysis, and general good times. All the fun stuff like physics, rhythm, breathing, tempo, holding potato chips. We’ll just be making stuff up. If you plan on attending, it’s suggested that you bring with you your own programmable metronome. Here are two popular, very easy to use, functional metronomes, the Seiko DM50S for about $20 or the smart phone app Frozen Ape Tempo is only a few bucks. Be sure to sign up for the class.
WOD: Weighted Dips 3, 3, 3, 1, 1, 1
EMOM for 15 minutes:
5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
If you cannot complete a round within the time, rest 1 minute and rejoin on the next round. Record your rests.
