Fun, challenging, and developed with purpose. Our scoring system rewards effort and relative power and strength. This means the heaviest weight lifted may not decide the winner. You will be scored relative to your size and your power output. Five different tests including a max barbell lift, a max plyometric effort, lactate repeatability test, a mixed modal (CrossFit) test, and an aerobic power effort. Plan for an all-day event with proper rest and recovery between efforts (bring food and stuff…)
