AM Pool WOD: For time:
Place a “brick” (we used a toy) at the bottom of the deep end of a pool off to one side. Swim across the pool and back. Once back at the wall you dive down, pick up the “brick” and carry it as far as you can along the bottom towards the other side of the pool. Wherever you surface, swim to the far side of the pool, back to the other end and then return to the brick. Again, dive down and carry the item along the bottom. Keep repeating until you have taken the “brick” one lap.
