Warm up:            50 Double unders

                                2 minute plank

                                50 Double unders

                                2 minute plank 

                                50 Double unders

 

WOD:   “Dodge Ball”

                Green- 5 Push ups

                Blue- 5 Squats

                Red- 3 Pull ups

                Green/Black- 5 Sit ups

                Black/White- 3 Burpees

The color of the ball that tags you decides what exercise you do.  You do that exercise immediately and return to the game.  Ten minute game length, winner is the team with the lowest number of burpees.

 

Yes, it’s snowing.  What a perfect day for Dodgeball!

Unaffected by the weather.
