Warm up:            75 Double unders

                                50 Sit ups

                                50 Levers

                                10 HSPS

                                50 Lunges each leg

 

WOD:    5 Rounds for time of:

                10 Ring Dips

                10 Toes to Bar

                10 Push ups with release at bottom

                10 Squats

Congratulations to Tammy and Meliny for getting prescribed toes-to-bar!  Great work ladies!  We’re setting PR’s everyday!
