Warm up:            20-10-20

                                Tuck jumps

                                Wall balls

                                Ring push ups

                                Dynamic stretching

 

WOD:    2 Rounds for time of:

                30 Pull ups

                50 Squats

                20 Toes to Elbows

                10 Wall walks

 

Jane is working through Foundations.  She’s going to bring the heat to the WODS.  Look out runners!

 

Another smokin Angel.  Yeah Baby!  That’s hard work right there.

 

Danielle gets inverted.  Great work today!
