Warm up:            2 Rounds of:      

                                Run 400 m

                                80 ft. walking lunge

                                80 ft. bear crawl

                                80 ft. burpee broad jump

 

WOD:    “WAR”

                With a partner and a deck of cards play a game of war.

                Hearts=Squats

                Diamonds=Push ups

                Spades=Ring rows

                Clubs=Sit ups

                2-10=value of reps

                Face cards=10 reps         

                Ace=15 reps

                Joker=Run 200 m
