Warm up:            2 Rounds of:

                                Run 200 m

                                20 lunges

                                10 squats

                                10 push ups

                                10 dips

                                10 sit ups

                                10 levers

                                10 flutters

 

WOD:    Complete For time:

Row 500 m then,

30-20-10 Reps of:

HSPU

Box jumps

Burpees

 

Ryan gave the “kids” a run for it today.  Nice Job!

Everyday you guys inspire.  Everyday you come in and push yourselves and strive to be better.  These simple couragous acts of expanding your comfort zones offer huge amounts of inspiration to others.  This encourages people to try new things, to go ahead and give it a shot, to not be afraid to fail.  Thank you all for being so awesome!
