Warm up:            100 Double unders

                                20 lunges

                                10 squats

                                10 push ups

                                10 dips

                                10 sit ups

                                10 levers

                                10 flutters

 

Skill:       Back squat 3 x 5 x 1

 

WOD:    AMRAP in 7 minutes

                3 Back squat #95/65

                3 Pull ups

6 Back squat #95/65

                6 Pull ups

9 Back squat #95/65

                9 Pull ups

12 Back squat #95/65

                12 Pull ups

………….. continue increasing each round  by 3 and until time runs out.
