POOL WOD:        5 Rounds for time:

                                12 pool muscle-ups

                                25 yd. underwater swim

                                75 yd. sprint swim

 

WARM UP:         3 Rounds

                                Run 200m

                                10 tire flips

                                1 rope climb

 

WOD:    Tabata Something…

                Pushups               Pull ups

                Squats                  Box jumps

                Sit ups                   Back Extensions

                Dips                       Lunges

                Your Choice! Pick 4 different movements that you Love so much and get cozy with the Tabata! 

 

GAMES OPEN WOD 11.6: 

7 min AMRAP of:

                3 Thrusters  #100/65

                3 Pullups, chest-to-bar

                6 Thrusters..

                6 pullups..

                9..

                9..

Continue increasing pyramid by 3 reps each round until time runs out.  Sweetness!!!
