Warm up:            2 Rounds of:

                                50 Double unders

                                10 Squats

                                10 Push ups

                                30 sec. Bottom Squat hold

                                30 sec. Plank

                                30 sec. HS hold

 

Skill:       Back Squat

 

WOD:    For time:             

                1k Row

                30 Thrusters #65/45

                30 Box jumps

                30 GHD sit ups

                30 Burpees

                3 Rope Ascents

 

Jane reaches the top of the rope…not the end of the rope, but the top.  Big difference.  Awesome job Jane!!!
