Warm up:            Run 200 m

                                25 Box Jumps

                                25 Burpees

                                10 Good Mornings PVC

                                9 Bend and Reach

                                Mobility

 

Skill: Deadlift 5/3/1

 

WOD:    5 Rounds for time of:

                40 ft. Farmers Carry #270/190

                5 Clean and Jerks #135/95

                20 Double Unders

 

 The Farmers carry proved to be a challenge as grip fatigue set in.  Here Ryan and Anthony run it out
