Pool:      2 Rounds for time of:

                50 yd. Back stroke

                100 yd. Breast stroke

                150 yd. Freestyle

                Every 50 yds. Dive and touch bottom of pool once

 

Warm up:            Run 400 m or Row 500 m

                                2 Rounds of

                                10 Squats

                                10 Push ups

                                10 Pull ups

                                10 Wall Balls

                                10 Sit ups

                                Mobility work

 

Skill:       Press  5/3/1

 

WOD:    3 Rounds for time of:

                20 Front Squat  #95/65

                40 Steps Walking lunge

                10 Ring Dips
