Warm Up:           Burgner Warm up

                                30 Snatch Balance with PVC

                                30 Squat Snatch with PVC

                                30 Rig Dips

 

Skill: Back Squat

 

WOD1:  “O Squat This”

                5 Rounds for time of:

                10 OHS with PVC

                10 Push ups

                10 Sit ups

 

Full recovery

 

WOD2:  “GI JOE”

                50 Burpee Pull ups for time
