WOD:    10 Minute AMRAP

            6 Cleans

            12 Pull ups

                24 Double unders

Today’s WOD comes directly from the USAW/CrossFit triplet event held this past weekend in Colorado.  It was fun to see how our times might stack up against the athlete’s in Colorado, and very humbling…All in all, you guys did great!

Welcome to our box!  Jeremiah is visiting us while on vacation from CrossFit Vacaville.  He smashed the WOD today and hopefully will spend the week with us.  It was awesome that nobody had to do burpees for being anti-social.  Great job team!
