WARM UP:         Row 500m or Run 400m

                                20 clapping pushups

                                20 good mornings

                                Mobility

 

SKILL:    Ring Pushups and Dips

 

WOD:    For Time:

                100 Pull-ups

                100 KBS #53/35

                100 Double Unders

                100 OHS #95/65

 

This is the 2011 CrossFit Games Regional WOD #4.  Let’s get fired up and support Shanon on her trek to the Games Finals!
