What an Awesome Day today! Super good pool WOD and then a few hours rock climbing before heading back to the box to throw around some heavy stuff, that’s what I’m talking about! Thanks so much you guys for being an awesome team! Good times! Big thanks to the Viking for the great support out at the rocks. The Viking has some wicked skills on the rocks. We owe you some beer or maybe a refill of honey badger power. And a big congratulations to you first timers on the rocks! You all did wonderful and really gave it go. It’s very humbling and inspiring when somebody accomplishes something for the first time or overcomes an existing fear. That’s something to be proud of. You are always capable of much more than you think and don’t ever let fear of failure hold you back from trying something. Regret is a heavy load.
