                                15-10-5 reps of:

                                  Squats

                                  Push ups

                                  Sit ups

                                200 m Run

 

WOD:    2011 SoCal Regional WOD #6

                For Time:

                20 Cal Row

                30 Burpees

                40 Ground to Overhead #45/35

                50 Toes to Bar

                100 ft. Walking lunge #45/25 OH

                150 ft. Sprint
