                Deadlift

 

Today was full of PR’s!  Lot’s of enthusiasm, heaps of praise and encouragement and tons of weight being moved.  You guys are awesome!  The high energy really helps people push hard.  If you had a PR, sound off in comments and let everyone know.  Who had the greatest increase?
