WARM UP:         100 ft. bear crawl

                                100 ft. burpee broad jump

                                10 vertical jumps

                                10 pull ups

                                10 dips

                                20 sit ups

                                20 hip extensions

                                20 med ball cleans

 

SKILL:    1x1x1 Max height vertical leap

 

WOD:    For load and time:

                Run 800m

                30 Clean and Jerk

                Run 800m
