AM Pool WOD:  15 Minute AMRAP

                                50 yds. Arms only

                                1 Dive

                                50 yds. Legs only

                                1 Dive

                                50 yds. Anyhow

                                1 Dive

 

Warm up:            10 Minute double under practice             

                                50 ft. Inch worm punch up

                                100 ft. Broad jump, squat, pigeon stretch

                                50 Sit ups

                                20 KBS

                                50 Levers

 

Skill:       Front Squat   10-8-5-3-1-1

 

WOD:    3 Rounds for time of:    

                12 Front Squats #135

                12 Burpee Pull ups
