                                10 Box jumps

                                10 Pull ups

                                10 Push ups

                                20 GHD Sit ups

                                10 K 2 E

 

Skill:       Deadlift  5x5x5

 

WOD:    AMRAP in 10 minutes

                200 m Run

                6 Deadlift 225/165

                1 Rope Ascent
