AM Pool WOD:  3 mile uphill Indian run

                                Then

Swim 500 yds. with a dive every 50 yds.

 

Warm up:            5 Rounds of:

                                5 Tire flips

                                20 Double unders

                                5 Cartwheels

                                20 Sit ups

                                Mobility

 

WOD:    5 Rounds for time of:

                7 Squats #185/135

                15 Push ups

                Suicide sprint

 

 

 Post WOD pool side fun
