                12 Front Squats #155/115

                21 Pull ups

                200m Sprint

School teacher hands…Torn Up!  Welcome to the club Tammy and Rachel!  Get rid of the dead skin and keep some ointment on those suckers.  The first washing will get your attention but you’ll be right as rain in a couple days.
