WARM UP:          Homework:  Go for a light jog.  While jogging stop and do 20 squats 20 lunges and 20 pushups every quarter mile until you find a hill, the steeper the better.  Stop at the hill, rest 2 minutes.  Ideally this warm up would be no longer than one mile.

                  Then:

WOD:    5 Rounds for Max heart rate/pain/puke do:

                1 minute sprint up hill

                2 minute rest/walk down hill

No extra rest past two minutes.  Note the distance traveled uphill each minute and try to repeat or go farther each round.  This is all out, everything you have repeat efforts.  After the fun at your new favorite hill, return home anyway you need to.  Maybe take a phone to call for a ride…

Post results and experience to comments.
