WARM UP:         Wholesome breakfast that you’ve never eaten before.  Get creative.  Try uncommon combinations.  You may be surprised.   Ex. Banana and avocado omelet, mmmmm good. 

SKILL:    Love Someone.  And let them know it without a doubt. 

WOD:    Pick a fun activity and get out.  Take your significant other on a date, go hiking, cycling, singing, shopping, read a great book, play with your kids, play with your parents, ride a horse, ride a bull, bungee jump, skydive, pick a WOD and do it.  You get the idea?  This is a “creative day”.  Make it good!

“Celebrate what’s good”-Look for signs of progress (beyond pounds lost) and rejoice when you find them.  Give yourself a pat on the back every time you make your health a priority.
