Choose 4 different gymnastics movements for tabata intervals counting the least number of reps per set as your score for that movement. Total them up for your final score.
What an awesome Friday! This morning we had a couple takers that met at the pool for a refreshing workout. Ryan and Nick splashed out the burpees and swim easily. Ryan was like a fish in the water! Come to find out, he used to play water polo…go figure! This was a fun workout that really pushed ones comfort zone in the water. Hope to see more of the team next time. The afternoon WOD was sweet also and everybody kicked ass. Tabata always delivers… We want to say Hi to Mike, who dropped in to try it out and may be joining team HiDef.
