Go easy on the sugar and flour”-These two ingredients (combined with unhealthy industrial vegetable oils) have a starring role in most packaged foods we eat.  More than any other culprit, they fuel inflammation, obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol and cancer.

 

SWIM WOD:       5 Rounds for distance:

                                1:30 minute swim

                                1:00 minute rest

 

 

 

 

WOD:    For time:

                100 Burpees

                Every 10th Burpee do 15 lateral jumps over the bench
