“Drink a lot of water”-The health of every cell and synapse depends on it.  And when you’re dehydrated on a regular basis-even a little-your metabolism, energy and immunity all suffer mightily. 

 

 

 

Though it seems safe, and we have very little traffic around the box, evidently there are thieves around.  Raven’s car window was broken out and her bag stolen today.  Please keep all valuables out of site if you leave them in your vehicle. 

 

WOD:    For time complete:

                1k meter Row

                20 (squat) Clean and Jerks #95/65

                30 Push ups

                Run 400 m

                30 (squat) Snatches #95/65

                20 Burpees

                10 Pistols
