“Identify real hungers”-You can’t eat or spend your way out of loneliness, fear, boredom or lack of meaning.  Find healthy ways to honor and shift them, instead.

 

STAND-UP PADDLE BOARD WOD:             For time:

                                                                                Row 2k meters

                                                                                50 KBS #53/35

                                                                                600m ish sand run

                                                                                Paddle board “the bases” (about 1/8 mile maybe)

                                                                                25 water burpees

                                                                                10m hill run

                                                                                “beer” chug

 

We had an awesome time today Stand-up Paddle boarding in Newport.  Thanks to all who attended.  Super fun time!!!  Check out the pictures here.
