The 9 Week Challenge results are all in. Those who kept up on their journals coincidently(?) had the greatest results. This illustrates the simple value of logging your food intake, and follow through. Some folks had “amazing” results, PR’s in strength, stamina, energy levels, body composition and mental clarity. These results speak for themselves. Nutrition is the Foundation of all that you are.
The basic premise of these nutrition challenges is to show a healthier way of eating. To give you back control of you choices and control of your Life. When you make conscious choices to take care of yourself, you are no longer running on “auto-pilot”. You are bucking the norm and on your way beyond mediocrity. And hopefully, the results will encourage the new habits to overwhelm old habits. Be strong, be better than yesterday and keep going! Don’t turn back.
