“Sleep well”-Rest = recovery, repair and resilience.  Exhaustion = illness and messed-up metabolism.  Prioritize ample sleep time as the health essential it is.

 

WOD:    For time complete:

                25 sit ups

                50 tire flips

                75 box jumps

                100 squats

                25 pull ups

                50 KBS

                75 push ups

                100 squats
