“Follow the money”-Look at your checkbook register and credit-card statements for clues about where your spending is inconsistent with your healthy goals and values. 

 

 

WOD:    For time:

                Row 1K

                30 Push ups

                30 Deadlifts BW

                Row 800m

                20 Push ups

                20 Deadlifts BW

                Row 500m

                10 Push ups

                10 Deadlifts BW

 November 5th-6th, after Saturday mornings’ WOD we are driving south near Anza to ride dirt bikes and camp overnight.   The invite is extended to all of you.  The track is called The Ranch.  Directions here.  Hit us up with any questions.  And if you don’t ride, this is a good excuse for a quick overnight camp, campfire stories, and maybe an introduction to riding.
