“Pace yourself”-When working hard, take brief rest breaks every 90 to 120 minutes so your cells can recharge.  Be kind to yourself, and be honest about how much you can take on at any given time.

 

 

WOD:    4 Rounds for time of:

                25 KBS

                15 Push ups

                25 sit ups
