WOD:    6 Rounds for time of:

                10 box jumps 24/20

                12 toes-to-bar

                10 pull ups

 

Be sure to take care of those hands.  Maintain your calluses and shave or buff any big build up.  Tearing out sucks, but it happens.  Smooth healthy calluses and proper grip on the bars will help reduce tearing.  If you are unsure, ask us.
